Training Programs
A well-structured karate program catering for all ages above 4 yrs. We run separate classes based on the students training levels. Beginners and Novice Students are trained separately from Intermediate and Advanced.
We teach traditional Japanese (Nippon) Jujitsu techniques to students above 8 years. Students will be taught how to roll, body-movements (defense), pressure points, hand locking & releasing techniques etc.
Our students practice Japanese Samurai Sword type lai-do Training. Padded foam or wooden swords are used for practice in classes.
Students also practice the ever popular Nunchukku.
Adult and Teenagers are taught the custom tailored Self-Defense Training. The training includes effective techniques from Japanese Karate and Jujitsu. Students learn how to beat or defend their opponents with very little effort .
Sports Karate is different from Traditional Self-defense Karate. Goal in sports karate is to score against opponents – not to knock-down your opponent. In our competition training club, we teach the competition scoring techniques.
We are part of USA Karate and Texas Sports Karate Federation. We encourage students to participate in karate competitions. It allows the students to test their fighting skills with all protective gears and in safe environment.
